  • Create a plan for getting your home ready for market
    • I provide a variety of resources to help you get your home prepared to sell and will create a step by step list that allows you to be as hands of four involved as you wish
  • Execute plan and clean house
    • Using my wide network of resources, I will help you de-clutter, relocate, paint, update, landscape and make any other identified alterations to get your home or condo prepared for sale
    • As part of my listing package, I provide a detailed cleaning service at no cost to the seller whether you decide to stay in your home or move out prior
    • If you move out, I will facilitate the process of staging your home with one of the reputable designers in my network
  • Photography and Marketing
    • Once we have signed the listing and established a timeline, I will schedule the appropriate photographer to capture high quality photos of your home for sale.
    • Because of the relevance of video content, I also will create a custom video of your home to independently release via social media before your home hits the market
    • Working with my marketing department, we will create custom brochures and e-marketing blasts that reach a network of thousands of top agents in the surrounding area
    • Every home is unique which is why every marketing plan varies–my goal is to blow all my clients away with content that is relevant and marketing tools that carefully reach the demographic of potential buyers most likely to purchase your home
  • Time to Sell
    • Once your home for sale has gone live on the multiple listing services, it is time to actively market the home through the following:

      • Open Houses
      • Showings
    • In our initial conversation we will discuss your level of comfort with showing your home (especially if you are still occupying it) and create a selling strategy that aligns with your comfort and timeline needs
  • Finding you the Right Buyer
    • Depending on the amount of offers received, I will carefully review all offers with you on the basis you choose
    • Sometimes the highest and best offers look great on paper but need to be carefully vetted
      • I carefully investigate the scenario with the selling agents and lenders (if a loan is needed) to ensure the offer is sound and has the highest probability of closing
    • Negotiation
      • Negotiation is key when presented with offers and, as your agent, I will use my skills to ensure you are getting into contract with the highest and best possible offer
    • Get into Escrow and Sell Your Home!
      • Once you have selected the offer and the contract has been negotiated and accepted, I will do my best to make the escrow process as seamless as possible
